The Role

Here at Recruiterbox we are in love with listening to our customers. Almost every change we make in our system is a direct result of a suggestion by one of our customers.  

In Customer Engagement you are at the crux of this communication, in a proactive manner. In this role you will be licensed, equipped and expected to WOW our customers daily.  You will take on their hiring problems empathetically, and guide each user to an ideal solution.

This means
  • You will take a consultative approach, applying your product expertise proactively to ensure our customers are successful with Recruiterbox
  • You will personally be responsible for onboarding, implementation, training, and continued health checks across customer’s accounts. You will create long-term relationships and partnerships that satisfy and exceed all expectations
  • Mastery here involves you being (unofficially) considered a trusted member of the client’s own hiring team, as a strategic advisor and expert consultant
  • You must have an insatiable curiosity to learn and correct a wide array of hiring practices, a highly technical aptitude to learn new technologies, and a hyper-organized work ethic
  • In addition, you will be able to connect business needs with product design and usability, thus actively contributing to our product team
On a typical day you will
  • Take calls with new and existing customers to learn about their hiring practices as well as give training sessions on how to get the most efficency out of the product
  • Respond caringly, accurately, and quickly to every single customer request
  • Create WOW moments for our customers
  • Work with our techincal and product teams to resolve any techincal needs, facilitate data transfer setups, or to pass along product suggestions based on company’s hiring workflows
  • Take ownership. Oversight isn’t our thing. We’ll give you the base and you’re expected to excel from there
  • Work hours around your scheduled calls, mainly based in early US Eastern time for coverage of late Asia, European and early US markets

  • You have a true desire to be the best part of the customer’s day
  • You can talk like a human, even when things get technical. You are a human, and you’ll be working with humans. We expect skilled and eloquent English writing and speaking skills
  • You are responsible, organized and prompt. You do what you say you will do, without being reminded

  • Patience and empathy
  • Skilled and eloquent in written and oral communication 
  • Ability to creatively multi-task and aggressively improve performance
  • Strong understanding of business acumen and hiring practices
  • Demonstrated mastery in customer facing roles
  • High degree of personal responsibility / ability to work autonomously
